Coin packs explained
Coin packs are an optional way to top up your balance. The current pack gives you 25,000,000 coins for £9.99, including VAT.
Buying coins never changes the odds on the reels and is never needed to play: hourly bonuses, level-up rewards and free top-ups keep you spinning without paying.

How do I start playing?
Open playbeyondworld.com and press Play Now. After a short loading bar you arrive in the lobby.
- Choose an open machine, for example Lagoon Pearls or Orchard Royale.
- Set your total bet with the − and + buttons, or press Max bet.
- Press Spin. On a computer the space bar spins too.
- Press Auto to keep spinning until you press it again.
Your coins, level and progress are saved automatically in your browser.
Do I need an account?
No. PlayBeyondWorld Slots works without registration or log-in. Your progress is stored in the browser you play in, which also means it does not move between devices. See How do I delete my data? if you want to start over.
Why are some machines locked?
New machines open as you level up:
- Lagoon Pearls and Orchard Royale are open from the start.
- Copper Comet opens at level 3.
- Lantern Night opens at level 5.
- Thunder Ridge opens at level 8.
- Glacier Gems opens at level 12.
Every spin earns experience. Fill the bar next to the star at the top of the game to reach the next level and collect a coin reward.
How do the reels pay?
Every machine has 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed paylines. A win needs at least three matching symbols on a line, starting from the leftmost reel.
WILD replaces any symbol except BONUS and also pays on its own. The themed symbols of each machine pay more than the A, K, Q and J symbols.
Press Paytable inside a machine to see exactly what each combination pays at your current bet. Winning lines are drawn across the reels after each spin.
How do free spins work?
Land three, four or five BONUS symbols anywhere on the reels to win 8, 12 or 20 free spins, plus an instant coin prize.
Free spins play automatically at the bet you started them with, and every win during the feature is doubled. More BONUS symbols during free spins add extra spins.
Why can’t I raise my bet?
Higher bets unlock as you level up, so the + button stops at the highest bet available for your level. During free spins the bet is fixed until the feature ends.
If you do not have enough coins for your current bet, the game asks you to lower it or collect your free coins bonus.
How do I get free coins?
- A starting balance of 2,000,000 coins.
- The Free coins bonus in the top bar, once every hour.
- A coin reward every time you level up.
- A free 500,000 top-up whenever your balance drops below the smallest bet.
The Free coins button shows a timer
That means the hourly bonus has already been collected. The timer counts down to the next one, and when the button reads Collect again, press it to add the coins.
The timer is saved in your browser, so it keeps counting even if you close the game.
Can I cash out or transfer coins?
No. Coins are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, exchanged, sold or sent to another player, including coins from coin packs. PlayBeyondWorld Slots offers no real-money gambling and no prizes.
How do I buy a coin pack?
- Open the game and press Buy at the top of the page.
- Check the pack and price, then press Pay £9.99.
- Complete the payment on our payment provider’s secure page.
- You return to the game and see a confirmation with the coins added.
We never see or store your card number. You must be 18 or over to buy coins.
Why didn’t I receive my coin pack?
Coins are added to the browser you paid from. Open the game in that same browser and on the same device first.
If the coins are still missing, contact us with the payment reference from your receipt and the date of the purchase. We will check it and make sure the pack is delivered.
Can I get a refund?
Coin packs are digital content delivered straight away, so once the coins are added the purchase is final and non-refundable. If a technical fault stopped the coins from arriving, contact us and we will deliver them or refund you. The details are in section 6 of our Terms of Service.
The game is slow or will not load
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Close other heavy tabs and apps, then reload the page.
- Turn off browser extensions that block scripts for playbeyondworld.com.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
The game works in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on computers, phones and tablets.
Sound and full screen
Use the speaker button in the top bar of the game to switch sound on or off; the game remembers your choice. The button in the top right corner of the page switches full screen mode on supported browsers.
How do I delete my data?
Your game progress lives in your browser. Clear the site data for playbeyondworld.com in your browser settings to delete it; this resets your coins and level and cannot be undone.
